Delivery, Returns and Refund Policy

At BoatsExpert, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with the products purchased. Below you will find information regarding product delivery, return conditions, and the refund procedure.

Delivery

BoatsExpert delivers products throughout Romania, across the European Union, and internationally.

Delivery time

  • Romania: 2–3 business days from payment confirmation and receipt
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

The exact delivery time will be communicated to the customer after the order is confirmed.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Once processed, the products are handed over to the courier company or carrier.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on:

  • destination
  • product weight and dimensions

The final cost will be displayed during checkout or communicated to the customer before shipment.

Delivery of large products

For large products such as boats or engines, delivery is carried out through specialized transport. The delivery time and cost will be established individually.

Additional charges

For international deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or other additional charges may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or customs procedures.

Returns

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without having to provide a reason.

Return conditions

For a return to be accepted, the products must:

  • be in the same condition in which they were delivered
  • show no signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • be returned in the original packaging, with all included accessories

Products excluded from return

The following categories of products are not eligible for return:

  • products showing signs of use, damage, or modifications
  • products no longer in their complete original packaging
  • products delivered as part of special orders or customized packages
  • products brought in on request, not part of the current stock, and purchased specifically for the customer (depending on their nature, returns may be limited or subject to additional conditions communicated in advance)

Once confirmed, you will receive instructions regarding shipment of the returned product.

Return shipping costs

The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or incorrect delivery.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the paid amount will be refunded within 5–10 business days, using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

Defective or incorrectly delivered products

If you receive a defective product or a product different from the one ordered:

  • please contact us within 48 hours
  • the return costs will be covered by us
